Why should I become a member of Sake Inn?

If you become a member, you will enjoy a 5% discount on alcoholic products. You will also stand to enjoy a 10% discount on alcoholic products at our annual fair at Tampines 1 Atrium (often held in November)


How do I become a member of Sake Inn?

To enjoy lifetime membership, simply purchase a minimum of $50 worth of alcoholic products in a single receipt. The discounts will only be valid from the next purchase onwards.


If I am already an existing member of Sake Inn, do I have to buy another $50 worth of alcoholic products to become a member on this site again?

No, your membership is a lifetime privilege. You are able to sign in using your email address, and a default password that has been given to you. You can log in and the system will automatically recognize you, and 5% discounts would be given.

(Note that the email address that you typed in has to be consistent with the email address that you have given us. Please do email or contact us at 9222 6256 if you cannot log in!)


Is free shipping (local) available?

Yes! If your total amount adds up to $200 before membership discounts, you will be entitled to free shipping. In the event that your total amount does not add up to $200, a delivery fee of $15 will be charged. Alternatively you can collect at our shop! (refer to FAQ below)


Can I self-collect at Sake Inn instead of paying for the additional $15 delivery fee?

Yes! You can collect at the shop (Tampines 1 Central #B1-17), but be sure to check the "Self-Collection" option. You would have to print a receipt and present it at our store for verification. Please allow us 2 days to process your orders. Collection of items have to be done within 1 week from the date of purchase.


How long will the delivery take?

Once payment has gone through, the delivery will take approximately 1-3 working days (Tuesday-Saturday) We will call to inform you of the delivery times to ensure that someone would be at home to receive the delivery. We will endeavour to deliver within the time span agreed, however due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather and traffic conditions we may not always be able to achieve this. In this situation, we will try to deliver at the earliest opportunity.


What if I'm not happy with my goods?

Can I pay by ATM transfers or cheque/cash payment on delivery?

Sorry, as of now we are only accepting PayPal as our mode of payment. We are working on other modes of payment to better serve you. 


I am an overseas customer interested in products from Sake Inn. Is Sake Inn able to do overseas delivery?

 Sorry, we do not provide overseas shipping due to tax and legislation issues
